Booking Process

Thank you for considering us to be a part of your wedding day!



The first step is to use the Contact Us page and drop us a line. This is the time to make sure your date is still available and ask us any additional questions you may have. We're more than happy to answer anything you might be unsure about!


Once we confirm you date availability and you decide we're the right choice for you, we'll get the necessary details from you to draw up your booking contract. If possible, knowing the amount of people planning to receive services, your wedding start time, and your wedding location are all details that are helpful to the process. 


In addition you'll submit your non-refundable retainer fee that is applied to your wedding date. Once you return your signed contract and retainer fee, your wedding date is officially booked! We can also set the date for your trial or other events at this time.
